Who's behind it
InterviewCrusher is built and maintained by Manuel Domínguez Vázquez, a software developer in Madrid. The project grew out of a simple conviction: most people don't fail interviews for lack of ability, but for lack of spoken practice. Reading tips doesn't train what an interview actually measures — pulling an idea together and saying it out loud, under pressure and under follow-up questions.

How we write and review the guides
The interview-question guides follow a fixed editorial standard. Each page explains what the interviewer is really assessing with that question, the mistakes that sink it, an answer structure, and full worked-out examples, with concrete figures and contexts instead of textbook phrases. The examples are illustrative (fictional but realistic people and data): they're there so you can see the structure and the level of detail, not so you can recite them.
Every guide shows its last-reviewed date under the title, and we update it when the content changes, not all in one batch. If you spot an error or a piece of advice you find questionable, write to us: we review it and, where warranted, correct it with an updated date.
The best way to use the guides isn't to read them: it's to read them and then practice the answer out loud with the simulator, which asks follow-ups the way a real recruiter would.
What we do (and don't do) with your data
Your resume and your answers are used to generate the interview and the feedback, not to sell you anything or build profiles. The full details, in plain language, are in the privacy policy, and from the footer you can delete all your local data in one click.
